Now I know why my nose has been so painful. I have an extremely fragile nose which always make me utterly drained whenever it decided to go on strike back in Singapore. And I always have to feed it its beloved yellow flu tablet. My extremely sensitive nose is always jealous and will take revenge whenever I go near cold wind, dust and lack of sleep. So I was worried as to how it will react here.
Luckily for me... I was spared all the sneezing (hope it stay this way) as the air here is very dry. In fact too dry. The nose started to give all kind of systoms, the stuffy feeling and the pain. I know there are lumps of things stuck to the walls of my nose but I don't know what it is and it stubornly refused to budge when I tried to clear my nose, until today that is.
I was talking to my mum and I just happen to rub my nose and ta-dah.. I see blood on my hand! Not alot but enough to give me lil scare for my nose has nevere bleed before. So the clumps of things in my nose are blood clots. Presumly from the too dry air here.
Now nose, what do you want? Too humid you sneeze, too dry you bleed. So difficult to serve.
edit/ Just checked the weather forecast and its 7 degrees/16 degrees. And it is supposedly 9 degrees now. Wonderful. Should I wrap up my head and only show my eyes to protect my nose?
