Just had dinner and the potato, egg and mushroom dish that Orange cooked was a weird bluish yellow colour. Whenever she cooked brinjal it was also this colour but I never thought it was weird as I thought it was just the result of cooking the brinjal for too long. But this dish is indeed weird la. The other dish was cauliflower with carrots and fishcake.

I noticed a difference in Orange's and mine ooking. She likes to pair all the 'white colour' stuff together while I like my dish to have many colours. And she tends to cook the vegetables until it sort of disintegrate while I like my vegetables to remain recognizable and crunchy.

Oh and tomorrow we're cooking hainanese chicken rice again!!! Yeah-ness.
